Lead Flow Intelligence provides B2B lead generation services including hyper-personalised outreach, predictive intent targeting, and data-driven campaign optimisation. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement entered into between us and the client. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement. In the event of conflict, the Statement of Work or Service Agreement shall take precedence.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Lead Flow Intelligence Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. In the course of providing our services, both parties may disclose confidential information to the other. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client in the course of providing our services, we do so as a data processor acting on the client's documented instructions. 7. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are as agreed in the relevant Statement of Work or Service Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. All fees are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Flow Intelligence Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
